Who can attend the 2019 Annual Membership Meeting?

*Prospective and past members should contact IKECA Headquarters to ensure they qualify for membership and to learn if any special incentives are available. All prospective and past members will be paired up with a mentor to maximize their meeting experience.
Is there a fee to attend?
Yes, those who own kitchen exhaust cleaning businesses or are vendors to the industry must pay a fee to attend. Learn more about all registration options and fees here.
What happens if my plans changed and I have already registered?
You may transfer your registration to someone else in your company. Please email us to make this change and provide the name and full contact information for the person who will attend.
If you wish to cancel your registration and it is before 5pm EST on March 20, 2019, you may email the management team to request and cancellation. Please be sure you receive a confirmation of cancellation in order to receive a refund. All cancellations will be less a $100 processing fee will be completed after the meeting. This will not apply to spouse/companion, single-day, or reception only registrations.
Cancellations requested after March 20, 2019 will be considered on a case-by-case basis – if approved, $75 cancellation fee applies This is because IKECA makes commitments in advance of the meeting in which it may not be able to recoup. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Can I attend just part of the meeting?
Yes, IKECA offers a one-day pass but encourages attendees to stay for the whole meeting. Please note that you may not combine two one-day passes.
IKECA also offers a Welcome Reception Only registration which provides access to the kick off of the meeting.
