The IKECA Journal is a trade magazine that serves the commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning industry. Topics deal with best practices and innovations in the industry as well as items of interest to insurance providers, local authorities, restaurant and food service facility managers and suppliers to the industry.


Submissions are accepted on a case by case basis and subject to editorial revision.
