Deadlines and Details
Logo and Print Ads
Ads and company logos must be provided print ready (300 dpi -CMYK at 100% of print size) as high resolution pdfs with embedded fonts. Ads and logos should be submitted via email to email@example.com. Ads must be submitted by August 6.
Sponsorships can be purchased by mailing in the registration form available in the sponsorship guide below. Payment for sponsorship must be included with registration form.

To receive full benefits of your sponsorship, please email your company description, website address, and your completed sponsorship form to firstname.lastname@example.org or to Sarah Peacock at email@example.com. Information must be submitted by August 20
