WHICH
CERTIFICATION
IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
IKECA offers two internationally recognized
certifications, which demonstrate a high level of
knowledge of the codes and standards pertinent to
the industry. In addition, all certified staff are
required to sign a
Code of Conduct to help ensure the highest
degree of professionalism and ethics, and complete
Continuing Education to maintain their
certification.
All tests are closed book exams available through a private
proctor near your business location, or through one of
IKECA’s meetings or seminars.
Successful candidates will receive a certificate and
individually numbered ID Card. Both certifications
require
Continuing Education Units to renew.
Please note that IKECA
certification is for
individuals. IKECA does not certify companies.
NFPA 96 requires trained and certified personnel.
