  1. who can attend the 2017 Technical Seminar & Expo?
    • IKECA Members
    • AHJs
    • Members of the Food Service Industry
    • Prospective and Past IKECA Members** 

    **Prospective and past members should contact IKECA Headquarters to ensure they qualify for membership and to learn if any special incentives are available.  All prospective and past members will be paired up with a mentor to maximize their meeting experience. 
     
  2. IS there a fee to attend?
    Yes, those who own kitchen exhaust cleaning businesses or are vendors to the industry must pay a fee to attend. Learn more about all registration options and fees here.

    AHJs and members of the Food Service Industry are invited to attend as IKECA’s guests. Stay tuned for further details.

     
  3. What happens if my plans changed and i have already registered?
    You may transfer your registration to someone else in your company. Please email us to make this change and provide the name and full contact information for the person who will attend.

    If you wish to cancel your registration and it is before October 16 2017, you may email the management team to request and cancellation. Please be sure you receive a confirmation of cancelation in order to receive a refund. All cancellations will be less a $100 processing fee will be completed after the meeting.
     

  4. Can i attend just part of the meeting?
    Yes, IKECA offers a one-day pass but encourages attendees to stay for the whole Technical Seminar & Expo. Please note that you may not combine two one-day passes.
     
    IKECA also offers a Welcome Reception Only registration which provides access to the kick off of the meeting.

  5. who do i contact with questions?
    For general registration questions including help with the online registration system and changes to your registration, please call (215) 320-3876 or email us.  Please be sure to leave a message if prompted; we will return your call within 24 - 48 business hours.
