FranklinCovey’s customer loyalty expert, Todd Wangsgard, will provide inspiring best practices in measuring customer loyalty and developing key loyalty-building behaviors among IKECA members and employees.

These are based on 4 core strategies for building loyalty:
  • Trustworthy metric(s)
  • Clear incentive for managers and associates to want to improve
  • Bottom-up learning and action planning so managers understand why more of their customers are or are not delighted
  • Development of managers to learn how to earn loyalty first with employees and then with customers

Members will gain an awareness of ways to drive behavior change in customer loyalty. They will become familiar with ways to model, teach, and reinforce 3 key loyalty principles - empathy, responsibility, and generosity – and 6 essential loyalty-building skills through 11 Loyalty Huddles designed to build stronger relationships with IKECA customers and employees
